Missions principales

  • Accompagner les clients dans la conception et l'implémentation de solutions data et AI à l'échelle, sur la plateforme Databricks.
  • Concevoir des architectures distribuées scalables basées sur le Lakehouse.
  • Intégrer les fonctionnalités avancées de Databricks dans les architectures clients (governance, orchestration, machine learning, CI/CD, etc.).
  • Appliquer les meilleures pratiques de gouvernance, sécurité, performance et industrialisation des workflows de données.
  • Être un point de contact stratégique pour les clients sur la plateforme Databricks.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en ingénierie de données, data platforms ou analytics.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en consulting ou delivery client.
  • Certification
    Databricks Data Engineer Associate ou Professional
    obligatoire (ou à obtenir rapidement).
  • Expérience confirmée sur
    au moins 6 projets Databricks
    avec implication directe dans le développement.
  • Maîtrise d'
    Apache Spark
    , y compris les aspects d'optimisation et de tuning.
  • Compétences avancées en
    Python
    et
    SQL
    ; Scala est un plus.
  • Anglais courant (oral et écrit).

Compétence obligatoire

  • Maîtrise de
    Unity Catalog
    (contrôle d'accès, lineage, gouvernance des données).

Spécialisation requise (au moins une)

  • Data Integration & Transformation
    : Autoloader, Delta Live Tables, architecture Medaillon.
  • MLOps / Machine Learning
    : MLflow, gestion du cycle de vie ML, déploiement de modèles.
  • SQL & Analytics
    : Optimisation des requêtes via SQL Warehouse, intégration BI.
  • Databricks LakeFlow
    : compréhension ou première expérience (atout fort).

Atouts supplémentaires

  • Connaissances en ML, AI ou GenAI.
  • Expérience avec CI/CD, DevOps ou industrialisation de pipelines.
  • Expertise multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
