What You'll Do

  • Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Oversee implementation and integration with related platforms, including ServiceNow and data analytics tools.
  • Lead the consolidation of two Salesforce instances and centralization of client data.
  • Streamline and automate credit and request management processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple project streams.
  • Ensure robust technical documentation and effective knowledge transfer.

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in Salesforce architecture and development (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations).
  • Strong background in integrating third-party systems like ServiceNow and predictive analytics tools.
  • Ability to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced, agile teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a strong asset.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Concevoir des solutions Salesforce robustes, évolutives et sécurisées, alignées sur les objectifs d'affaires et les normes de conformité.
  • Superviser l'implémentation et l'intégration avec des plateformes connexes (ServiceNow, outils d'analyse de données, etc.).
  • Diriger la fusion de deux instances Salesforce et la centralisation des données client.
  • Optimiser et automatiser les processus liés au crédit et à la gestion des demandes.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et partenaires externes sur plusieurs projets clés.
  • Assurer une documentation technique rigoureuse et un bon transfert des connaissances.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Expérience confirmée en architecture Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, intégrations complexes).
