Administrative Assistant

We are hiring a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
to support our busy commercial real estate office. This role is the first point of contact for clients and sales staff and provides essential administrative support across multiple departments.

What You'll Do

  • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and deliver a polished front-desk experience.
  • Keep reception and boardrooms clean, organized, and meeting-ready.
  • Manage email and website inquiries; update the staff directory and birthday tracking.
  • Maintain office supplies, kitchen areas, vendor coordination, and equipment upkeep.
  • Support the sales team
    with administrative needs, including corporate searches/titles.
  • Assist Accounting with AP coding, invoice entry, cheque processing, and bank deposits.
  • Assist with internal committees, events, onboarding materials, and general office projects.

What You Bring

  • Professional, friendly communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Comfort with office software, technology, and office equipment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic experience with Accounts Payable is required.
  • An interest in social media and communications is an asset.
