Role Overview:

We're looking for a remote Outbound Appointment Coordinator (B2B) to support our sales team by booking qualified meetings with commercial and business prospects. This is a part-time, casual role ideal for someone with previous B2B sales or appointment-setting experience who is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers. This flexible, remote position can range anywhere from 10–40 hours per week depending on workload and performance, with the possibility to transition to full time. Pay rate: $18–22 per hour depending on experience + vacation pay.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to business decision-makers (owners, managers, facilities, operations)
  • Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
  • Qualify prospects based on basic criteria (industry, fit, interest)
  • Book virtual or in-person meetings for the sales team
  • Log call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Conduct light follow-up with interested prospects

Qualifications

  • Previous B2B sales, appointment setting, or outbound prospecting experience
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Professional, confident phone presence
  • Able to handle light objections and guide conversations
  • Able to handle consecutive rejections from non interested parties
  • Organized, reliable, and self-directed
  • Experience with CRM or sales tools is an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 30 per week
