Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal operation of equipment across multiple industries. Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete repairs and assembly tasks
  • Conduct welding and fabrication as needed for repairs or modifications
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and industrial equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics to accurately diagnose problems
  • Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely during maintenance procedures
  • Maintain detailed records of service work performed and parts used
  • Assist with installation, assembly, and testing of new equipment or machinery
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with dealership vehicles or heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or farm equipment
  • Mechanical knowledge of automotive repair, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and industrial equipment
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for diagnostics and repairs
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment efficiently
  • Experience with maintenance or mechanic work in industrial or automotive settings is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications or training in automotive repair, electrical systems, or heavy equipment operation are a plus
