Another perk is bonus pay that is calculated per week on top of hourly wage Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations and changeovers , and fluid checks. Inspect vehicles for safety and roadworthiness. Perform brake, suspension repairs and replacement. Diagnose and complete repairs for check engine lights Inspect and repair or replace exhaust systems Test drive vehicles to diagnose malfunctions and to ensure that repairs are complete. Utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment to identify problems and repair them accurately. Participate in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and skills. Communicate effectively with team members regarding repairs and maintenance tasks. Qualifications 2-3 year minimum experience is required Own your own tools Knowledge of automotive systems and components is required Strong willingness to learn and develop mechanical skills. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
