Office Administrator

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Office Administrator plays a key support role in the day-to-day operations of our construction company. This position provides administrative, clerical, and coordination support to project, operations and leadership teams, helping ensure projects run efficiently, information is organized, and communication flows smoothly between the office and field.  Please note, this position is in the office.  There is no opportunity to work from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, format, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Track and flag action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to support team accountability
  • Support leadership and teams with day-to-day coordination and administrative need
  • Maintain accurate digital records, shared drives, and internal systems
  • Help prepare reports, summaries, and internal communications
  • Maintain contact lists, templates, and standardized documents
  • Update and maintain procedures in all areas of the company
  • Support internal processes and continuously improve administrative workflows
  • Assist with company events, training sessions, and internal initiatives
  • Act as a central point of coordination between teams to ensure information flows smoothly
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
