Lower Sackville, Canada Municipal Group of Companies Full time

REgroup, a division of The Municipal Group of Companies, is one of the areas Environmental Services providers. For over 20 years, REgroup has been serving HRM and surrounding areas with integrated waste collection, management, and recycling services. We are currently seeking a Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant based out of our Lower Sackville, NS location.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Act as a representative of the company demonstrating superior judgement and excellent customer service
Answers phone calls and direct them as needed and set-up customer orders
Dispatches drivers to calls as they are received, using information on customer needs, driver’s locations
Manages requests for pick-up or container delivery
Troubleshoots and resolves potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in service issues
Co-ordinate with the drivers for deliveries and services
Data entry
Organize and maintain office files and supplies
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Utilizes strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work in fast paced team environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors
