Slowsouth Pizza is looking for a genuine and bubbly person for its pizza shop located in Downtown, Little Portugal.

We are looking for a part time/full time pizza-helper/cashier who have previous experience within the restaurant industry and the take-out/delivery system. You will be joining a dynamic and fun team who is passionate about Italian pizza.

Location:

Toronto, 1588 Dundas street W (accessible by TTC)

Job requirements:

  • Deliver a great customer experience through consistent, personal and efficient servicé
  • Has the ability to answer the phone and taking orders over the phone.
  • Seeking a professional and dependable with proficiency in POS system operation and accurate cash handling.
  • Has the ability to deal with complaints in a calm and rational manner
  • Enjoys working with the public and in a team
  • Helping Pizza chef (skills of using kitchen equipment as of meat slicer, chefs knife, veggie slicer, blender, deep fryer) *training will be provided*
  • Engage clients and establish lasting relationships
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the store
  • Punctual and diligent in the performance of the duties;
  • In possession of Smart Serve and Food Handler certificate *REQUIRED*
