FYN Distro is a rapidly growing vape distribution company supplying premium vape and nicotine products to retailers across Western Canada. We are committed to providing fast, reliable service and helping retail partners grow their sales through quality products and strong partnerships.

Job Summary -

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our sales team. This role involves daily visits to retail vape shops, developing business relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.

Responsibilities -

Visit retail vape stores on daily-basis to promote and sell company products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.

Present new product lines, seasonal promotions, and marketing programs.

Generate new leads and open new retail accounts.

Meet and exceed monthly sales and distribution goals.

Collect and assist in market competitive products info to support company strategy.

Provide daily visit and sales reports to management.

Qualifications -

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, or account management. (Open to Fresher(s) with any prior sales experience and understanding of vaping products )

Experience in vape, tobacco, FMCG, or convenience product distribution is an asset.

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven with excellent time management and goal orientation.

Basic knowledge of CRM or reporting tools preferred.
