Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Associate:

  • Connect with residential customers face-to-face to share Rogers' services, explain benefits, and guide them through enrollment.
  • Learn how to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with hands-on mentorship.
  • Build trust with customers by delivering professional, solutions-focused conversations.
  • Support campaign initiatives while gaining insight into leadership responsibilities.
  • Track performance goals and consistently push yourself to exceed expectations.
