We're currently seeking a highly capable and hands-on Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid background in commercial electrical construction sites.

Pay: $ $49.28 Depending On Experience

Position Summary: The Site Supervisor / Foreman will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of field operations across multiple projects. Their scope will vary depending on project size:

• Smaller Projects: They will operate independently, taking full ownership of site coordination, safety, scheduling, and quality control.
• Larger Projects: They will work under the direction of the assigned Project Manager, supporting execution while maintaining oversight of field crews and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure alignment and transparency

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in the commercial electrical industry
• Journeyman Electrical license
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within commercial electrical projects
• Strong understanding of site safety, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in health and safety (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid) is an asset.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of electricians and other workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Familiarity with and adherence to the OESC.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards
• OSHA 30 certified
• CPR certified
• Equipment cards
