Overview

We are seeking a skilled foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and installation techniques, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. As a foreman, you will be responsible for installing a variety of products and systems, ensuring they meet our clients' specifications and standards. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

  • Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform construction tasks as needed for Above Ground Pool Install.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Follow all Taunton Pools Ltd. Policies and Procedures as trained, without prejudice, to ensure the safe and healthy working environment for every employee and customer of Taunton Pools Ltd.
  • Represent Taunton Pools Ltd. as an Ambassador of the Taunton Pools Ltd. Taunton Pools Leisurescapes and Taunton Pools Pro Team brand and image.
  • Facilitate a positive customer experience with every customer interaction.
  • Attend every shift with punctuality and the energy to fulfill the duties herein.
  • Directly support the General Manager in the construction and execution of construction of swimming pools, spas and all other aspects of goods and services provided by Taunton Pools Ltd.
  • Train and educate junior staff in the safe and efficient practice of servicing and/or constructing swimming pools, spas and all other aspects of goods and services provided by Taunton Pools Ltd.
  • Maintain on-site Health & Safety documentation as necessary to fulfill the Policies and Procedures of Taunton Pools Ltd.
  • Participate in the construction for the service and construction of above ground swimming pools, spas and all other aspects of goods and services provided by Taunton Pools Ltd.
  • Provide the physical labor and knowledge necessary to assist in the service and construction of swimming pools, spas and all other aspects of goods and services provided by Taunton Pools Ltd.

Experience

  • Proven experience in Above Ground Pool construction.
  • Familiarity with construction of Above Ground Pools.
  • Ability to operate equipment safely.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and installations is beneficial..
  • Strong understanding of power tools and their safe operation.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
