Our Systemair facility located in Tillsonburg Ontario is the manufacturing center of commercial air handling units (AHU) for North America.

Our clean, air-conditioned plant along with state-of-the-art equipment (Prima Power Servo-Electric Press Brakes, Shear/Punch Combi w/ fully automated coil and sheet loading and finished part stacking equipment) and family like atmosphere provides a safe, comfortable and friendly work environment.

Work location 8 Rouse Street & 10 Rouse, Tillsonburg Ontario (on site).Position Title

Position Type: Full time

Location: Two (2) On-site Locations
- 8 Rouse & 10 Rouse

Hours of Work: 44 hours, Monday - Thursday (4:00pm
- 3:30am) overtime as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow the guidance from Production Manager with regards to daily/weekly tasks to be completed
- Monitor teams and plan employees tasks to ensure safety, productivity and quality goals are achieved daily
- Follow up on assigned tasks and report levels of completion to Production Manager
- Monitor current processes and recommend updates/changes
- Assist in developing new processes
- Assist in developing/updating SOPs
- Assist with work scheduling and production planning
- Assist with training of new teams leads and production employees
- Communicate promptly to management any upcoming issues
- Work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Ensure safe work practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
