The Opportunity: Quality Conversations from Home

Are you a driven person who communicates well and enjoys meaningful conversations? We're hiring a Remote Appointment Setter to connect with our real estate partners. At HarmonX, we focus on low volume, high-quality conversations, where you can use your individual strengths to build real connections. This role offers a guaranteed base pay of $20/hour, plus performance-based bonuses, so you control how much you earn.

What You'll Do:

  • Make daily phone calls to set up valuable meetings for our real estate partners.
  • Build and keep strong, long-term relationships with our partners through personal interactions.
  • Work closely with our leadership to meet goals and share clear, helpful feedback.
  • Learn about our partner's unique market position and explain their value to prospects.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Excellent Communication: You speak and write English clearly and effectively. You connect well with people.
  • Strong People Skills: You're respectful, articulate, and organized. You make every conversation count.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: You can work effectively from home and manage your time well to focus on quality.
  • Availability: You can work Monday through Friday during business hours (observing U.S. holidays; Canadian holidays are required workdays).
  • Ready to Learn: You're willing to understand the real estate industry and what we offer.
  • Comfortable with Technology: You can use web-based platforms, Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp, and Zoom.

Equipment You'll Need:

  • Reliable high-speed internet.
  • An up-to-date computer that can run the necessary software.
  • A reliable headset or earphones for clear sound.

Pay & Growth:

  • Starting Pay: $20 per hour, guaranteed.
  • Bonus Pay: You can earn more based on your performance and client growth + retention.
  • Clear Path to Growth: You'll work towards managing up to 8 accounts (which means about 1 hour of work per partner each day). This helps us focus on quality, not just how many calls you make.
  • Future Opportunities: Top performers may find opportunities for additional pay, bonuses, and roles in sales and marketing. We'll provide full training to help you succeed.
