So right now, my team and I are growing VERY rapidly, and we are currently looking for our next Appointment Setter.

**Please read below carefully**:
I am looking for a highly driven, focused individual with GREAT RAPPORT Skills(They enjoy speaking on the phone and texting), who is hungry to succeed in a virtual assistant sales based role.

This is a full time position that will require your commitment.

**Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Watching all of my social content (comments, followers, stories, polls etc) for leads
- Sending messages to people on social media platforms like Instagram, and Facebook to book consultations for our sales team.
- Following a provided script, and also working with the sales leadership team to develop even better messaging strategies.
- Calling inbound leads from our ads and doing 15 minute discovery call to see if they are a good fit for our coaching.
- Following up with prospects to confirm their existing sales calls, to ensure a maximum show up rate.
- Potentially becoming the leader of my Outreach Team and building a team of virtual assistants to work alongside you.

Because you will be speaking with hundreds of women a week in English, your English skills must be highly skilled.

- If your English is not great (you cannot write with proper grammar, and speak fluently), please do not apply

**Hours-6 day work week**
Mon-Friday 9-10am EST Meetings.
Mon-Friday: 4-10 Appointment Setting
Sunday 4hrs flexible shift(Morning, afternoon, or evening)

Salary

On track earning of $4,000/month if KPI's are met

**Salary**: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
