Tripathi Consulting is a digital growth consultancy helping established auto detailing shops across North America sell high-ticket services like Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, and Window Tint.

We operate like a startup — fast, lean, performance-driven — and we're building a team of high-output operators, not traditional call center reps.

The Role (High-Leverage)

As a B2C Appointment Setter, you'll be working directly with real company clients (auto detailing shops) and handling inbound consumer demand generated through paid ads.

This is a high-leverage position:

  • You are not just booking calls
  • You are directly influencing real revenue for clients
  • You will have consistent, direct communication with the shops you support
  • Your performance has a clear impact and clear upside

If you perform, you will move up. Simple as that.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Calling inbound consumer leads (no cold calling)
  • Qualifying interest for PPF, ceramic coating, and tint
  • Booking 3–5 high-quality appointments per day
  • Pre-framing appointments so customers show up ready to buy
  • Following up to maximize show rates
  • Updating notes, outcomes, and payments accurately in the CRM
  • Communicating directly with assigned shops when needed

This is an execution-heavy role built for people who like moving fast and staying busy.

Tech Stack

You'll be using modern tools daily:

  • HotProspector – call center & dialer
  • GoHighLevel – CRM, appointments, payments
  • Slack – internal + client communication

You must be comfortable with tech, switching between systems, and learning new tools quickly.

Compensation

  • $1,000 USD base / month
  • Commission paid only on appointments that result in cash collected
  • Higher commission on high-ticket services (PPF)
  • OTE: $2,800 – $4,800+ / month
  • Top performers earn more by driving high-ticket outcomes

This is not a "paid to book" role. Results matter.

Schedule & Expectations

  • Full-time, remote
  • 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
  • ~200 dials per day
  • Strong follow-up and CRM discipline required
