What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience and knowledge in various types of roofing systems
  • Ability to Read and interpret blue prints
  • Estimate all different roofing systems
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and other software
  • Attend site meetings
  • Review specifications & drawings
  • Liaison with building owners, consultants, general contractors and suppliers

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 5 years in the roofing industry
  • Must have minimum of 1 year roofing project manager/service crew experience
  • What You'll do at Eileen Roofing:
  • Understand and prepare takeoffs/estimates for assigned jobs
  • Attending pre-tender site meetings to prepare an accurate estimate
  • Prepare site condition reports and provide quotation based on the required repairs
  • Review all contracts and accepted quotations. Review with Management for final approval
  • Write up work orders completely and in a concise and timely manner so to assist scheduling and purchasing of materials at the best prices.
  • Prepare materials order sheets for jobs
  • Schedule and provide details of repairs to the service crew
  • Scheduling service for Maintenance Contracts
  • Develop good working relationships with current clients to ensure full quality and satisfaction
  • Develop new clients; maintain and grow ongoing business relationships through direct and frequent communication.
  • Identifying and sourcing out prospective clients from various sectors to achieving business targets.
  • Generate leads for new business
  • Attend construction meetings throughout projects
  • Provide and update project schedule
  • Submit all required documents and product data sheets
  • Ensure foreman and crew are adhering to project specifications during construction
  • Submit any RFI's and change orders as required
  • Communicate with client and consultants throughout project
