Your Responsibilities as a Roofing Sheet Metal Installer:

• Install, repair, and fabricate sheet metal components for various commercial and industrial roofing systems (e.g., flashing, coping, fascia, soffits, gutters, downspouts, and custom metal work).
• Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Measure, cut, shape, and join sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Perform on-site adjustments and custom fabrication as needed to ensure precise fit and finish.
• Ensure all installations meet or exceed industry standards, building codes, and Eileen Roofing's quality benchmarks.
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations, including Rooftop Safety and WHMIS guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with roofing crews and other team members to ensure project success.

What You Bring to the Team:

• A minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in roofing sheet metal installation and fabrication.
• Familiarity with installing and fabricating sheet metal for diverse commercial and industrial projects.
• Valid Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
• Valid Rooftop Safety Training (Fall Protection) certification.
• Strong understanding of different metal types, gauges, and appropriate applications in roofing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven dependability, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to perform tasks common to the trade, working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to reliably commute to various job sites, primarily in and around Toronto, ON.
