About Lonsdale Community Campus

Lonsdale Community Campus is a vibrant and expanding organization dedicated to transforming lives through wraparound mental health, developmental, medical, and educational programs. We're launching an exciting Community Campaign in November and are looking for an energetic and organized Program Coordinator to help lead our programs, staff, and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple programs within the Lonsdale Community Campus.
  • Lead planning and coordination for our upcoming November Community Campaign. Build positive relationships with staff, community partners, and agencies. Support team development through mentorship, training, and communication. Coordinate outreach events, campaigns, and community engagement activities. Track program outcomes, prepare reports, and assist with scheduling.
  • Contribute to organizational growth, planning, and new initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education in Social Services, Community Development, Health, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience coordinating programs, projects, or campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing teams or multi-site programs.
  • Confident working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities. Experience with community outreach or campaign coordination is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
