Jaffer Shah Professional Corporation (JSLAW) is a plaintiff personal injury law firm in Mississauga, Ontario. We are looking to hire an experienced TORT law clerk.

Responsibilities include drafting and revising court documents such as mediation and pre-trial memorandums, affidavit of documents, motion records and statement of claims. The selected candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and preparing medical summaries, managing lawyers schedule and maintaining client relations.

Depending upon the experience of the selected candidate, file load ranges between active files. As such, the selected candidate must thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively while paying attention to detail.
