The firm offers a comprehensive list of legal services including, Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial Law, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law, Branding & Franchising Law, Wills & Estate, Employment Law, and Family Law and Mediation.

**_Keyser Mason Ball, LLP_** is seeking a full-time **Corporate Compliance Law Clerk** to provide compliance and annual maintenance support.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Annual proceedings
- Provincial and federal simple incorporations and organizations.
- General corporate maintenance (director, officer, shareholder, accountant changes, name changes)
- Professional corporations’ compliance filing
- Extra-provincial registrations
- Limited Partnership registrations
- Business Name registrations
- Corporate searches and updates to the corporate database
- Post-closing organization of transactions
- Corresponding with clients and accountants
- Updating and maintaining the tickler system
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education with a Law Clerk designation.
- Experience and knowledge of **Corporate Law**
- Excellent written and oral skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong typing skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work well in a busy team environment as well as working independently.
- An added benefit would be competence in legal software, databases and programs such as OnCorp, Appara, Fast Company and ProLaw.
