I am looking for a motivated and creative manager to take over the day to day management of my YouTube music channel,

. The channel focuses on powerful, story driven songs that explore progressive politics, social justice, and the human struggle for equality and freedom. The music ranges from anthems to long form concept pieces to more experimental storytelling, all built around the idea that music can challenge authoritarian thinking, support grassroots movements, and speak to people who believe in compassion, dignity, and real change.

The role would cover uploading tracks, channel layout and presentation, promotion, and monetisation. This includes managing and growing the channel itself as well as the associated artist pages on Free Music Archive and SoundClick. I am looking for someone who understands how YouTube works, how to present music effectively, and how to slowly build an audience around values driven content. Political and socially engaged art is central to the project, so being comfortable with that focus matters.

I want to be very clear about the financial reality. I am currently destitute and on income support. The channel makes zero dollars right now, and I have no upfront money to pay you. Compensation would be entirely contractual and performance based. The manager would receive up to the first 2500 dollars the channel earns, or 35 percent of all earnings if that amount is higher. If the channel never makes money, there is unfortunately no pay, and I understand that makes this unsuitable for many people.

In return, I am fully committed to producing content. With a dedicated manager handling the platform and promotion side, I expect to be able to produce between 70 and 100 songs while maintaining strong music quality and coherent storytelling (the current published catalogue is almost 400 songs). My focus would be entirely on writing, recording, and refining the music, while you focus on getting it seen and building a sustainable presence.

This is not a typical job posting and I am not pretending otherwise. It is a partnership built on shared belief in the project and a willingness to take a risk together. If you are interested in politically engaged music, enjoy building channels from the ground up, and are comfortable with a delayed, revenue based payout, I would really like to hear from you.
