We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager/SEO Expert to join our team and lead our efforts in optimizing our presence on YouTube and various social media platforms. As the Digital Marketing Manager/SEO Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase our visibility, engagement, and ultimately drive traffic and conversions.**Key Responsibilities:YouTube Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant keywords for YouTube content.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum visibility and click-through rate (CTR).
- Implement strategies to increase subscriber count and viewer retention.
- Analyze performance metrics such as watch time, views, likes, and shares to optimize content strategy.

**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring trends.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

**SEO Strategy**:

- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement across all digital channels.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink profiles to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are implemented.

**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement metrics, traffic sources, conversion rates, etc.

- Optimize videos for SEO to increase visibility and reach on YouTube.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote videos across social media platforms.
