Pool Construction (Installer / Labourer)

Clark Pools Collingwood has been servicing Collingwood and the surrounding area for over 25 years.

We are currently looking for a Pool Construction team member (Installer / Labourer) to assist or in the complete construction / repair of pools. Other pool construction items include installing new liners, safety covers, etc. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in the industry.

Description:

  • This is a seasonal, full time position (April to October). Wage based on experience in the industry and position
  • Safety oriented (#1 focus)
  • To work & assist in all things pool construction related (i.e. new construction, repairs, liner installations, safety cover installations, etc)
  • Assisting with pool opening/closing service & maintenance crews as needed
  • Pool build experience is a major asset
  • Concrete experience is a major asset
  • Ability to operate a skid steer is an asset
  • Must be mechanically inclined & able to work with tools
  • Must have a G2 or G driver's (preferred) license and clean driving & background check record (must provide records)
  • Be bondable with professional appearance, demeanour and attitude at all times
  • Able to perform physical labor, which requires heavy lifting, unloading and loading material (up to 75 lbs)
  • Willingness to learn and follow protocols
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in most weather conditions
  • Steel-toed safety footwear (boot allowance)

Terms of Employment:

Full Time: April through October; some Saturdays in May/June/September/October (as needed)

Salary: $20 - $40 per hour
