For 31 years, Jameson Pools has operated as a family-run, industry-leading design-build company. We're recognized for our craftsmanship and the reliable, high-quality work that has established our reputation across the GTA. We design and build custom in-ground vinyl pools and the landscaping around both newly built and existing pools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create design drawings based on client wish list, budget, and technical requirements
  • Ensure all designs comply with local permit regulations
  • Develop detailed plans incorporating landscape materials
  • Prepare design drawings for permit applications
  • Assist clients with selecting appropriate landscape materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers and onsite construction teams
  • Prepare cost estimates for materials and project components
  • Occasionally conduct site visits to gather measurements, elevations, and site information
  • Prioritize workload and establish timelines to meet project deadlines
  • Participate in online meetings when required

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CAD design software
  • Experience with Google SketchUp
  • Ability to interpret construction and permit drawings accurately
  • Knowledge of landscape materials
  • Skilled at site measurements and elevations
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong oral communication skills
