Landscape Construction Lead Hand/foreman

HARDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION LEAD HAND/FOREMAN: JOB REQUIREMENTS.
- Ability to lead by example and work with and as a team and by yourself
- Attention to detail at a high level
- Organized and Punctual
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Must be able to operate all aspects of landscape construction equipment and heavy equipment
- Willing to work outdoors in changing climates
- Ability to lift 30-60 kg
- Physically capable to withstand the daily tasks
- Very little travel
- Min of 45 hours per week, on a Bi-weekly pay structure
- Full class G license with abstract is required
- 1-3 years experience in landscape construction
- Experience with all aspects of Stone installs, Waterfalls, retaining wall, in-ground pool installs, precision cutting.
