Position: Pool Installer & Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in:

  • Vinyl liner pool installations
  • Fiberglass pool installations
  • Pool hydraulics for efficient plumbing and circulation systems

As a team leader, you will:

  • Responsible for constructing the pool and be the primary concrete finisher on site
  • Communication with clients on progress of project and updates on timing and payments
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
  • Track and manage required materials for builds to keep projects on schedule.
  • Ensure hydraulic systems are installed and functioning properly to meet project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience installing vinyl liner and fiberglass pools.
  • Strong understanding of pool hydraulics and plumbing systems.
  • Concrete finishing, experience in troweling grout bottoms and finished perimeter decks
  • Experienced in the installation of coping systems such as Stegmeier, but not required
  • Leadership and organizational skills to manage and train a team effectively.
  • Ability to track and manage build materials.
  • A commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
  • Valid G driver's license, abstract required.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $32.00-$43.00 per hour
