Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of job sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, such as carpentry, masonry, or electrical work.
  • Help with the installation of swimming pools, concrete and hardscaping.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of construction practices.

Experience

  • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
  • Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
