Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety. The Kitchen Team Member will support meal preparation, food handling, and overall kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in meal preparation and food assembly to ensure timely service.
  • Handle food with care, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks and food presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety.
  • Serve customers with professionalism and courtesy when required.
  • Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs.
  • Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation standards is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.20-$33.74 per hour
