Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant restaurant environment, contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

  • Assist in meal preparation and food assembly according to established recipes and standards
  • Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene practices are followed
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking tasks under supervision
  • Ensure timely and efficient service by coordinating with serving staff and kitchen personnel
  • Follow all food handling protocols to ensure customer safety and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues

Skills

  • Experience in cooking, food preparation, or food service is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and food industry standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations
  • Prior experience in serving or working in a restaurant setting is a plus
