As a Kitchen Team Member, you will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations by ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of menu items.
  • Support other kitchen staff as needed, including dishwashing and food prep tasks.

Experience

  • Must have food and health safety certification
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques are advantageous.
