We are a well-established luxury spa in Kamloops seeking a professional Part-Time Spa Receptionist who understands that the front desk is the heartbeat of the guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, polished, and enjoys creating calm, seamless experiences for clients and therapists alike.

This is not a retail cashier role—it is a client-facing, detail-driven position within a premium service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcoming clients and managing check-in/check-out
  • Managing bookings, confirmations, and rebookings
  • Coordinating therapist schedules and room flow
  • Handling payments, gift cards, and memberships accurately
  • Supporting retail recommendations and promotions
  • Maintaining a polished, professional front-desk presence
  • Communicating clearly with therapists and management
