Immediate Opportunity: Accounting Clerk (Hybrid, Short-Term)

Location: Edmonton, AB | Start Date: ASAP

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact? We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team on a short-term hybrid assignment. This is your chance to step into a dynamic role where accuracy and efficiency matter every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to keep our financials on track.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain general ledger entries.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closings and prepare internal financial reports.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions and respond to inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Provide documentation for audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of full-cycle accounting experience (CMIC experience is a plus).
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and general ledger coding.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
