About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their personal insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions that provide peace of mind and financial protection. This position is salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate personal lines coverage (auto, home, ATV, snowmobile, boat, etc.)
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients through the application process
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records in client management systems
  • Follow up on leads and referrals in a timely and professional manner
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive, goal-directed attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous insurance experience required
  • Must have a level 2 insurance license
  • Base salary is based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Personal Lines Insurance: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Level 2 Insurance license (preferred)
