**Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager**
Are you a dynamic leader who is excited about sales? We're currently seeking a **Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager** to join our team at our **St. John’s, NL or Halifax, NS office**.
**Job Duties**
As the **Personal Lines Sales Manager, **youwill:
- Lead a team of 8-10 sales executives.
- Set and monitor Personal Lines Insurance sales objectives for the sales team.
- Provide sales strategies, feedback, and work with Chief Marketing Officer to develop, establish and evaluate marketing plans.
- Contribute to meeting sales targets with the sales team.
- Facilitate the professional development of the sales team.
- Analyze the current Personal Lines sales models and identify areas for enhancement to ensure maximum revenue growth.
- Understand and champion any resources required to meet revenue growth goals.
- And, of course, other duties as required.
**Job Requirements**
Ultimately, a top-notch insurance sales manager should be an exceptional leader with strong sales acumen, amazing coaching skills, and be goal-driven. You should also have:
- The ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management, direct reports and colleagues to create a results driven and team oriented environment.
- 5 years of industry experience
- 5 years of sales/insurance management experience
- Level 3 General Insurance License (or eligible to qualify)
CAIB or CIP designation preferred.
