Mott MacDonald is seeking a passionate and motivated Graduate Advisory Consultant to join our growing Advisory team in Vancouver and is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to contribute and support a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and development projects across Canada. As a Graduate Advisory Consultant, you'll collaborate with experienced and multidisciplinary teams, supporting the planning, development, and delivery of infrastructure projects across different sectors, clients and lifecycle stages.

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Advisory Consultant, with guidance from a professional consultant and our global practice network, your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
Support project teams in developing and delivering services such as:Feasibility Analyses/Studies and Business Cases including options development, appraisal and evaluationEconomic and socio-economic impact assessments and modellingStakeholder engagement and coordinationRisk analysis and assessmentProcurement options analysis, alternative/collaborative procurement methodologies, technical and commercial advisoryDigital Strategy, data and project information management Assist in the application of infrastructure planning and development frameworks and tools across infrastructure projects Conduct research, data analysis, and contribute to technical reports and presentations Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and team meetings Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and regions to deliver high-quality outcomes Contribute to proposal development and business development activities as appropriate Actively participate in our Early Careers Professionals NetworkWe're looking for candidates who demonstrate:
A Bachelor's degree (or in the final year of study) in engineering, business/commerce, economics or a related field A strong interest in infrastructure advisory, infrastructure planning, development and management Strong analytical, research, problem solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to impactful workThis role is ideal for someone looking to launch their career in infrastructure advisory and consulting and make a tangible difference through the planning, development and management of infrastructure projects. In compliance with the B.C. Pay Transparency Act, the expected salary range is from $66,500 - $77,500
Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.
