Senior Consultant, Advisory ServicesThe Stewart Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to support and lead complex advisory engagements. Ideal candidates have strong consulting and client-delivery experience in procurement advisory, urban planning, infrastructure strategy or related fields.Reporting to the Director of Advisory Services, the Senior Consultant will translate strategic direction into executable work plans, manage teams and deliver high-quality results across multiple projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a senior consultant on multiple client engagements, responsible for producing, delivering and presenting client deliverables.Work directly with clients to assess needs and develop clear, practical, and well-structured deliverables that meet objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor to public and private sector clients on procurement strategy, governance, program delivery, and policy frameworks.Plan, design, and facilitate client meetings, executive briefings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.Lead the development and management of work plans, budgets, schedules, and resourcing for engagements.Monitor engagement progress, manage risks and changes, and coordinate internal teams and external partners for integrated delivery.Skills, Knowledge & Experience6–10 years of experience in consulting (management consulting, infrastructure advisory, procurement advisory, urban planning, or related fields).Demonstrated experience delivering client-facing advisory work, ideally in public sector or infrastructure.Strong understanding of procurement processes, planning frameworks, governance models, or program delivery in complex environments.Proven ability to manage multiple work streams, budgets, and teams while maintaining delivery excellence.Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience preparing executive-level materials.Confident facilitator capable of leading discussions and aligning diverse stakeholders.Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Political Science, Public Policy, or related field (graduate degree considered an asset).Experience advising governments at municipal, regional, provincial, or federal level is an asset.Pay RangeBase pay range: CA$125,000 – CA$145,000 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
