Overview Powerrich Fertilizer is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office management tools. Previous experience in a office setting will be highly valued. The Office Assistant will handle a variety of tasks including data entry, customer service, scheduling, and document management to support our team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Answer and screen phone calls with professional phone etiquette and provide excellent customer support
- Perform data entry, order entry, filing, and proofreading to maintain accurate records and documents
- Utilize Microsoft Office
- Create and organize Product tags
- Keep Track of tonnage
- Construct BOL'S
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including personal assistance tasks if required
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience
- Prior office experience in administrative roles is preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management procedures
- Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Previous customer service experience emphasizing professionalism and courtesy
