We are looking to add a limited number of experienced, professional handymen / subcontractors to our team. This is not a casual, weekend-only, or side-gig position.

We primarily work in carpentry, renovations, and interior/exterior projects, including (but not limited to) framing, finishing, drywall, painting, siding, roofing, and general renovations. Some projects may also involve basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related tasks, depending on the scope.

We are specifically seeking skilled tradespeople / strong jack-of-all-trades professionals who know what they're doing, take pride in their work, and understand that responsiveness and communication are critical.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

  • Are an experienced handyman, carpenter, or renovation-focused tradesperson
  • Are confident handling carpentry, drywall, painting, and general renovation work
  • Have working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks (as required)
  • Take pride in clean, professional, high-quality workmanship
  • Are highly responsive and comfortable using your smartphone throughout the day
  • Are confident with mobile communication and able to use WhatsApp

  • Are consistently reachable during business hours
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients

If you are not comfortable using your phone for frequent work communication, or if you are not consistently reachable, this role will not be a good fit.

Availability Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Daytime weekday availability is required
  • We are not seeking candidates with full-time jobs elsewhere
  • Most jobs cannot be postponed to weekends
  • Fast response time to new job requests is essential

We strongly prefer subcontractors who already have their own projects or client base, but who also have weekday availability to take on additional work.Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and commercial work, including:
  • Carpentry and renovation work
  • Drywall, painting, and finishing
  • Interior and exterior repairs
  • Roofing and siding (project-dependent)
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related tasks (as required)
  • Respond promptly to job leads and service requests
  • Communicate clearly with clients and our team
  • Complete work efficiently, cleanly, and to a high standard
  • Maintain professionalism on every job site

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Own tools (tools are not provided)
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license (vehicle is not provided)
  • Proven handyman, carpentry, or renovation experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Clean, professional appearance and respectful communication
