Continental Press is a full-service printing company based in Toronto. We specialize in high-quality commercial printing solutions — from marketing materials and packaging to large-format and specialty projects. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, fast turnaround times, and long-term relationships with clients across industries.

We're looking for a driven, experienced Sales or Business Development Representative who knows the printing world — someone who can hit the ground running, build relationships, and drive new business.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial printing, packaging, and related services
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored printing solutions
  • Work closely with production and estimating teams to deliver quotes, proposals, and client presentations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in printing, packaging, or related B2B sales
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and production timelines (digital, offset, large format, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in the Greater Toronto Area (remote/hybrid flexibility after training period)
