What Will You Do?

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets in Ontario
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the medical device industry.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

What Do You Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong sales process
  • Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and medical device industry trends would be an asset (or Capital equipment with long sales cycles)
  • Experience with tenders/proposals a strong asset
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
