Contract Role

Hybrid: 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote


• From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home


• From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully

Overview:

  • As part of the Enterprise Technology Strategy & Architecture team, this role is responsible for conducting comprehensive Enterprise Product and Platform Readiness Assessments to ensure alignment with Target State Architecture (TSA). The position involves evaluating proposed technologies for scalability, security, integration readiness, and adherence to enterprise standards. The role also includes developing and maintaining reusable TSA architecture patterns and reference models, creating standardized design templates to promote consistency, efficiency, and architectural best practices across the organization.
  • Additionally, the role manages the
    TSA Enterprise Solution and Platform Catalog,
    curating a centralized repository of approved platforms and solutions with up-to-date lifecycle, ownership, and compliance information.
  • The individual will collaborate with procurement and business stakeholders to provide TSA-aligned input into RFPs and RFIs, ensuring vendor proposals meet strategic and architectural requirements.

A key responsibility

includes creating and applying structured technology evaluation scorecards to assess interoperability, vendor viability, and long-term sustainability of both new and existing technologies.-

• Develops recommendations, implements and manages IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and architect deliverables for the organization

• Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of Enterprise Architecture


• Knowledge and experience in Application architecture, Technology Architecture, Artificial Intelligence (AI)


• Demonstrated Strategic thinking and development, aligns strategic objectives with technology and resources


• Ability to define business capabilities and processes


• Experience providing direction on operationalizing business strategy including systems, processes and required data.


• Demonstrated Transformation thinking, and understanding of data interdependencies


• Experience identifying technology risks and mitigations


• Experience developing IT strategy aligned with business vision


• Ability to streamline application landscape for optional performance, decommission redundancy and reduce cost


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills


• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Desirable Skills
• Experience in Stakeholder Engagement including presentations and briefing notes and conducting / facilitating meetings


• Experience and knowledge in Project Management

Must haves:

  • Knowledge of concepts of security / privacy in order to provide practical expertise to meet complex and/or diverse needs; ensure integrity of IT business, technology, applications, security and/or information and enterprise architecture models; and ensure/monitor compliance with IT directives, policies and standard.-
