Location: Edmonton, AB

Salary: $46,904 – $51,251.20/year

Schedule: Monday to Friday | On Call Rotation | In-Person

We're looking for a Support Home Monitor who can bring their exceptional people skills to EIS to help us shape the quality of disability support services in our city. What You'll Be Doing

  • Visiting homes in our community to complete audits, check-ins, and reviews
  • Ensuring services meet health, safety, and individualized support standards
  • Collaborating with individuals and their networks to develop person-centered plans
  • Training and supporting staff/service providers on policies and standards
  • Writing clear documentation and reports that help guide service quality

What You Need to Apply

  • 3+ years of experience in disability support/community roles (Preferred)
  • Supervisory experience or leadership exposure is a strong asset
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with $2 million liability insurance (required)
  • Valid Police Security Clearance
  • Crisis Prevention & Intervention training
  • Post-secondary education in Disability Studies, Community Rehabilitation, or related field (Preferred)
