**Location**: Edmonton, AB
**Salary**: $46,904 - $51,251.20/year
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday | On Call Rotation | In-Person

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Visiting homes in our community to complete audits, check-ins, and reviews
- Ensuring services meet health, safety, and individualized support standards
- Collaborating with individuals and their networks to develop person-centered plans
- Training and supporting staff/service providers on policies and standards
- Writing clear documentation and reports that help guide service quality

**What You Need to Apply**
- 3+ years of experience in disability support/community roles (preferred)
- Supervisory experience or leadership exposure is a strong asset
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
- Access to a **reliable vehicle** with **$2 million liability insurance** (required)
- Valid Police Security Clearance
- Crisis Prevention & Intervention training
- Post-secondary education in Disability Studies, Community Rehabilitation, or related field (preferred)
