Sales Consultant – Heating, Cooling & Indoor Air Quality

At Darrick Davidson Heating, Cooling & Duct Cleaning, we believe homeowners deserve honest advice, reliable service, and options that genuinely improve their comfort and quality of life. We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Sales Consultant who thrives on connecting with homeowners, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the best solutions.

This is a role for someone who loves helping people and loves driving results. If you're energized by meeting new customers, starting conversations, and closing deals by doing the right thing for the homeowner, you'll excel here.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and connect with new potential customers through outreach, networking, and follow-up

  • Conduct in-home comfort assessments and present clear, professional options tailored to each homeowner's needs

  • Deliver educational, no-pressure presentations on HVAC and indoor air quality solutions

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing and post-sale follow-up

  • Maintain accurate notes and activities in CRM

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to generate new business through outreach and relationship building

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

  • A self-starter who enjoys meeting new people and can confidently guide homeowners through important decisions

  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working independently

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
