Position: Sales Representative – Windows & Doors
Location: Ontario (Toronto & GTA)
Job Type: Full-time / Commission-based
About Us:
We are a fast-growing company specializing in the sale and installation of high-quality windows and doors across Toronto and the GTA. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative who understands the home-improvement market and can confidently close deals.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through online platforms, door-to-door outreach, referrals, and inbound requests
Conduct on-site estimates and product consultations with homeowners
Present company products, materials, energy-efficiency benefits, and pricing
Provide accurate measurements and prepare quotes
Follow up with potential clients and close sales
Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism
Work closely with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in windows, doors, home renovation, HVAC, roofing, or similar industries)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to measure windows/doors (training provided if needed)
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Strong self-motivation and willingness to work in a commission-based environment
Fluent English (Russian/Ukrainian is an asset)
