Steele Collision Portland Street is searching for talented 3rd / 4th Year Apprentice Auto Body and Collision Technicians to join our team today
Hourly Wages:
Level 3: $21.10
Level 4: $25.35
Level Bonuses: Cash rewards for every level you complete, plus a Red Seal bonus when you crush your certification
Steele Auto Group is dedicated to helping our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades through every stage of their apprenticeship With our Road to Red Seal program, you'll receive Level Bonuses and a Salary Top-Up Plan to support you as you progress through each apprenticeship block.
Level Bonuses:
- Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
- Red Seal: Red Seal Certification Bonus
Salary Top-Up Plan:
- Steele Auto Groups Salary Top-Up Plan helps ease your financial burden during apprenticeship blocks by providing a percentage of your previous hourly rate while you're off work attending your training.
