Earning potential:
Level 3 Apprentices: $21.03/hour
Level 4 Apprentices: $25.00/hour
Level Bonuses: Cash rewards for every level you complete, plus a Red Seal bonus when you crush your certification
Salary Top-Up Plan: Heading to the classroom? No worries, we'll top up a percentage of your wage while you're off training, so you can focus on learning, not losing income.
What You'll Be Doing:From day one, you'll roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with:
- Tackling advanced maintenance and repair work under the guidance of licensed technicians
- Diagnosing issues with precision and learning to use Toyota's diagnostic tools and technology
- Building confidence in completing complex repairs as you prepare for your Red Seal exam
- Working side-by-side with a supportive team that's invested in your success
- Continuing to sharpen your skills while earning and gaining experience with the Toyota brand
