**Steele Collision Portland Street** is searching for talented** 3rd / 4th Year** **Apprentice Auto Body and Collision Technicians**to join our team today
**Hourly Wages**:
**Level 3**: $21.10
**Level 4**: $25.35
**Level Bonuses**: Cash rewards for every level you complete, plus a Red Seal bonus when you crush your certification
**Steele Auto Group** is dedicated to helping our apprentices in the **Automotive and Collision Trades through every stage of their apprenticeship** With our **Road to Red Seal program**, you'll receive **Level Bonuses** and a** Salary Top-Up Plan** to support you as you progress through each apprenticeship block.
**Level Bonuses**:
- Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
- Red Seal: Red Seal Certification Bonus
